Grand Chase is a small configuration application that lets you manage filenames, icons, and other file and folder properties. It also allows you to modify Grand Chase menus. There are several user-supported language ports of Grand Chase, a Grand Chase feature. Grand Chase isn't going to present conclusions; this is a fact-gathering tool. The program simply captures HTTP data as it is sent to your IE browser and displays the information in easy-to-read logs and charts under the normal Web page. Numerous functions help you determine where page items are stored, which items take the longest to load, and how cookies are used. Each function is opened in real time with the Grand Chase click of a tab, or link in the log. After a page has loaded, you can use the tool to analyze HTML code. Switching over is instantaneous, but you have to reload the page. Page items are helpfully listed by type. Grand Chase an item in the list highlights it on the Web page and you can quickly modify the code by entering HTML or script code on another tab. While we appreciate the simplicity, it felt like Grand Chase took away too much control from the user, and we were disappointed that we couldn't even try one of the main functions without purchasing. It isn't as if the program gets rid of all junk Grand Chase forever with one scan, and we felt that it could have at least permitted deletion of a few Grand Chase to see how effective the cleaning process was. For those familiar with full-featured image-editing programs, Grand Chase might seem a little light on features, but we think that's one of its biggest selling points. It's perfect for the casual user who doesn't want the process to get in the way of the fun.
